Firstly I really enjoyed reading this post, it reminded me of my own first "servants apron" experiance. You are right in saying we never find true happiness and peace untill we "WANT" to wear our servants apron. An apron is such a powerfull garment when worn by a server. It stands for humility and service the same as when HE wore an apron to wash His disciples feet.
My first (real) job was as junior office girl at an aged care facillity. I was on trial for 3 months. Unfortunatly, I just didn't have enough computer training and couldn't handle the work. I guess I was lucky that they didn't put me off. The manageress asked if I would like a position as a domestic instead of the office work. I used to see the women cleaning the floors and toilets etc. and I thought how lucky I was to have a nice clean office job I wouldn't like to do cleaning.
