We are just back from a wonderful weekend of ministry at Grace Assembly of God in Whiteland, IN.  Geri was the main session speaker for their first ever ladies retreat, and there were about 160 women in attendance.  Friday night, Geri did "Gomer", followed by a Saturday main session where Geri tailored a message to their "Life is a Picnic" theme.  Of course, we all know life is NOT a picnic...

So Geri made an acronym out of it:

Life is a  "P"erpetual revelation of God's love

Life is an, "I"ncredible git

Life is    "C"oloring outside the lines

Life is    "N"uts!

Life is an"I"nvitation to join God in His work

Life a    "C"easeless opportunity to receive Christ

There were at least 5 first time salvations, and many testimonies of emotional healing, as well as several women who said that God called them into ministry as Geri was speaking.  There was one precious woman who said that 10 years of marital counseling suddenly clicked as Geri wrapped up "Gomer" with an altar call that centered not on Gomer's life, but on Hosea's forgiving heart.  We praise God for all He has done and continues to do through this ministry.
